Maar even in het engels....
"The system is lubricated by oil that comes either through the hollow pushrod or through the pushrod tube. There are holes in the block about 3/8" diameter just outboard of each valve lifter. They look downward at the crank. Some oil slung off the crank will splash through these holes and run down the pushrod tube.
They will also supply oil to the outboard end of the valve lifters.
Some of this oil will end up in the pushrod cup and then flow through
the hollow pushrods. Once the oil gets in the rocker chamber it is somewhat
splattered around by the moving hardware.
It then flows through a hole in the bottom of the chamber to a common
passage in the gasket face of the head. From here it passes into a
tube that is fitted to the cast iron cylinder. This tube in turn leads the oil to a single hole in the block and into the sump.
There must be nothing blocking the holes at the lifters (ie a swollen
pushrod seal). The pushrods must NOT be filled with sludge.

The return passages must NOT be filled with sludge.
The gaskets (or added sealing compound) must NOT have blocked any of
the return passages"
